As much as I love sOs, nope. Parting innovated Protoss in more standard way in a way which you can use all the time. sOs has "Surprise!" builds mainly. Nothing you can use repeatedly. IMO, maybe I missed something ![]()

Two examples: 1. His joke yesterday about Taeja v Dark. - "Q: When do we know Summer of Taeja is ending? A: (pauses melodramatically) When it becomes dark." - Seriously? That's supposed to be funny? 2. Him baiting Snute - He goes: "If Fantasy beats Rain 3-0, ergo you're better than Rain!" - Snute replies: "Er no" (awkward sheepish look) - It's such a poor running joke, and puts Snute in a spot. 3. HIs psychoanalysis - Like his analysis on Patience's mind-set trying to be clever with Maru because he lacks confidence, instead of playing standard against players like soO which he beat in qualifiers - I think that's really over-speculating and unnecessary. - It's totally different when Kevin says "Patience is like do I blink, do I don't blink" - here there is some context and evidence, and even then he doesn't go on to conclude what goes on in Patience's head. - When he starts a sentence with a disclaimer like "I'm gonna be devil's advocate here...", chances are he's going to say something over-speculative Judging by some responses, I know he has quite a fan following. And he has a cool attitude. But I just feel he's channelling his energy in the wrong way. Maybe in a group of serious and analytical casters, he throws in a good dynamic into the mix. He's great for entertainment value. But personally, I would rather have another commentator like Apollo take his place, or better still, a player like MC or Parting (who will provide the entertainment zing). I just don't think he adds much value into the commentary. Sorry if I offend anyone. Just have to let it out. I globally agree. I love him when he isn't trying too hard and just let it flows. But sometimes he tries too hard.

We also gave Flash his proper tribute by using the unique mind-control powers of our moose corps to make all the other players lose to him at that event.

He isn't just innovative in creating new macro builds, but he has tons of very unique aggressive builds that he tailors specifically to his opponents. Whats more is his phenomenal control of some of the fundamental units (oracle+stalker) works well in tandem with his aggressive style. Remarkable player in my mind

Remarkable player in my mind In my own view - I am awed by Parting's ability to hit the timing "wrong" and by the crisp control win the engagement. (sometimes) It's amazing.
