Bbyong games are the polar of oposite of snoozefest, you won't be dissapointed

This will be likely the most uninteresting series outside of the previous one. Considering Bbyong's Mech reputation, and the current map pool, I think we might see some snooze-fest SH games
|
Solar has consistency issues too. Sometimes he rolls out balling sometimes he just gets wrecked.

Even more so lately, started this PL season and has been very poor. Got back to some decent form via GSL though and could hopefully give us a good series vs Bbyong here.

I didn't see the games but 3-0 isn't a surprise at all.
Also I think it'd be a good idea to have the match schedule worked into the first page without having to open the whole bracket and thus revealing some results. Just a thought.
Edit: alright you have the ETA but the scheduled time would also be handy

PartinG was always hailed as soul train guy because zergs were dominating so it was easier to see, but he had really great macro templar in WoL, he was really infuential in PvT. For me (as a terran, albeit) I have admired his 4 gate stalker blink pressure, where he drops a 3rd base and gets out enough production to manage pull-the-boys builds.
Definitely. PartinG has always stood out for his ability to figure out matchups and playstyles.

Bbyong mech isn't really boring, and Solar went for nydus play in GSL against Dream's mech. This might be cooler than you'd think.

Entertaining to see Maru's control and such but not a lot of real excitement to the games. I didn't like Maru's game 2 at all. First game was kinda lucky with builds, but no mistakes either. I have to agree, even though I suck at this game (even when not compared to Maru <.<), after weighing the options Patience had in that game, building turrets seemed like the thing to do for me. Also, splitting up the drop so Patience could never have the chance to get all medivacs in one blink.
That being said, judging is way easier in hindsight with no fog of war. Maru had seen pretty much everything, but making that call in the moment while you're distributing your 300 APM and just trying to keep everything going smooth isn't as easy as when we get to think about it in isolation and judge after the fact. That's Maru's job, I know, but part of the magic of watching these pros is watching how they deal with and make good AND bad decisions.

Which is funny because they played completely opposite playstyles for the longest time when they were on ST
