Rain needs splash to defend his left expansion but loses army engagements on the other side of the map without his splash. It's what Swarmhosts do on this map... You don't need many of them to abuse the layout of the map.
That was nice play by Rogue. That is how you play with swarm hosts. It's very boring that zerg needs to play with 100 spines in every game vs protoss to win but since protoss is so strong it's needed. I hope they fix that till LOTV.

He could've taken right hand side expansion and reduce the damage possible from swarmhosts, sealing off his natural with sentries
Rain is still a monster, he pretty much qualifies through every other stack Kr qualifier and he didn't look bad in these games.
Rogue game 3, wow that was impressive. Rain-esque defense there. His spine positioning was rock solid, he had hydras pre-emptively placed and sniped warp prisms twice, indeed it was as if he sensed the first one coming

haha, i often have the stream open in the background when GSL is on while taking care of more pressing issues such as studying, playing Passionstone or sorting my books. that's what i was doing during the previous match but then i saw that Dream was about to whoop some Zerg ass so i'm gonna actually watch now.
Rain played awful in games 2 and 3. Seriously awful. That Rain does not get through that group. I hope he can show his A-game throughout his next series, that GSL needs Rain.
