He wasn't exactly saying it on Twitter - if this was in a game lobby (which I understand it to have been), that's a reasonable place to make the accusation if you believe it. He's still wrong, but it's the proper venue to say this bullshit.

1. I am pretty sure there is a clause in the rules which gives the tournament organizers absolute powers, so they can basically ignore his wish.
2. Then the rules must be changed. you cannot just throw every caster but one out in the final game of the final series of an evening-long qualifier.
