He got bad BO luck 2times.If he builds a pool first, Rouge gets the bad build order luck and the games are still bad.
Then he got another bad BO luck. If you are up against a hatch first with that fast speed you have to go speedlings+banelings, and if your opponent isn't aggressive when you are already behind after pool first and speedlings and banelings vs hatch first speed only then you have to attack, because you won't catch up in the macro game for free.

It's not build order "luck" if one player plays like an idiot and the other recognizes that and does something about it.

I must have missed the 6supply scout from Rouge then that made him "recognize" what Soulkey did. Though I didn't... There's nothing Rouge recognized, it was blind flight in all those games when deciding to allin or to hatch first, just the same as for SKs.

If you can't deal with the "luck" in sc2 (even though it is more like calculated risks) you just shouldn't watch it. It is part of the game and as long as we don't get the most ridiculous defenders advantage (like mobas) and we keep fog of war this won't change. Zealously already explained why this isn't pure luck and one thing to add:
If you want to be save against these early attacks you just can play, well more savely.
Sure, you might be a bit behind if the other player decided to go more greedy, but you won't lose cuase of it like ever.
And yeah i know there is a lot of bitching about a lot of stuff, i just feel like your complains target the very basis of starcraft (fog of war, no big defenders advantage)

Na, it mainly targets the matchup. What you are talking about "just play safe" is possible as Terran vs Zerg and as Zerg vs Terran. It is possible for Protoss vs Terran and Protoss vs Zerg. So it's not the fog of war, no big defenders advantage that would need to be changed for that kind of stuff because those things are true in those matchups too.
It's not really possible in the other matchups, ZvZ, TvT and as T/Z/P against Protoss, though TvT gets close.

In the Balance thread are statistics of TvP on these maps, BO5 looks T favored on maps like Catallena and I wouldn't bet on any P in BO7. Though Classic had a ... weird engagement. Late storms on vikings, colossi not shooting. It was really super weird. Also warping chargelots against ghosts is the last desperation try, since bonus to light
