I'm confused though. He says the WCS system was ridiculous, but Snute never did well in the WCS System. Is he saying WCS had too few points? In that case Snute wouldnt have been close at all. Is he saying WCS has too many points? Then the others wouldnt have made it at all.

Yes seriously, it's an automatic full refund. Canceling is pointless, and in fact harmful, since if you cancel and somehow save it anyway you've cost yourself time on the upgrade.
