It's usually bad to focus with colossi, because they will all clump up to get in range and only 2-3 of them will shoot. It's only worth to do it if they are firing buildings imo.

That's the problem of waiting so long to engage, either he engages earlier with mass zealots and a big upgrade lead, or like he did but has sacrificed some zealots through harass in the meantime to add up archons (I think he had 1000+ gas during the battle, hence the 4 archons he warped at home after the fight).

To be fair, Stardust had 2 bases so HT is a bad idea. It was very one sided, but he had an inferior army composition and engaged in a bad position...

Ah yeah, I take the other third to defend drops more easily, maybe that's why scv pulls work against me on that map ^^

yeah, doesn't the overkill prevention (and lasers) cause only the minimum necessary colossi to attack?
