Do it Scarlett! You're so different from the other Templar.
I don't know if this is the same for everyone else, but my perspective on pro-StarCraft was significantly influenced by the first progames I watched.
In my case, it made me hate Jaedong and Flash and love Tempest and Lomo .

Life 2-0. He's looking really strong

By being in Scarlett's face the entire time and having about 1000 missile turrents at home, he didn't allow her a single option besides defending, while he kept expanding behind it. He had ultimate map control and kept trading well enough to eventually choke her out. The way Flash is playing here, even against MC, is WAY better than his last couple of foreign showings.
He didn't play poorly, but he made some mistakes that one wouldn't expect from Flash, such as walking marines the wrong way around the terrain.

Yeah, Flash came to win if he bought his coach with him :3

Yep, even 20 games per day would be over 1000 games already this season, 2000 games if they played 40 games per day. I understand pros play customs but 40 games a day is a huge exaggeration.

It's no different than bio vs mech in TvT abusing the immobility of tanks. So maybe that's a possible way to deal with it? Flash seemed to stand right in the face of the swarm hosts and take the locusts head on. Then again, he did have a big upgrade advantage.
He had a billion medivacs, and still lost a lot of units to them. Difference was that he had a massive economy and Scarlett was effectively on 2 bases.

Cool to see you post btw! Haha I guess i'm just still used to BW days when I didn't really see balance whine at all and more player praise instead, or maybe I just have selective memory ^^ Balance whine is definitely more vocal now than say, five years ago. Cool to see you clear some misconceptions up though! Its because Blizzard patches things. People get the impression that balance whining can affect patches, which wasn't a feeling you could get in BW. That's a good point actually There has never been any balance changes patches in Brood War ? Not after 2001 I think. Wow Basically saved by the players. Boxer, nada oov. Then Savior. Then Bisu. then Shine Implying BW was worth watching before shine

I was actually waiting for the Flash fans to jump on and say how he'd 2-0 MC. But I guess their faith was shaken. people just need to realize that since the beginning of sc2 noone was ever invincible. even MVP, Nestea, Taeja or MMA in their primes lost games. if anything, the game just got mor eand more brutal as time went on. which is why i respect palyers like Taeja, who rose to the top over and over again. because nothing in sc2 is easy or certain. your always vulnerable, you always have to give it your best and sometimes even that isn't enough.
i don't know why i bursted into that speech. i apologize.

Life is blowing me away this tournie, I hope he shows up with this much strength at Blizzcon.
Also, MC vs. anyone for SECOND PLACE is nuts. Everything is nuts because of the level of skill here, I can't wait for the final Ro8 onward.
