Washington doesn't have any qualifiers, right? :S You qualify by winning the other Red Bull Events. Then surely everyone should get points in the KeSPA cup and shouldn't take the advancing 1 round rule into account because all those players qualified through making the finals of WCS or being the best in Proleague.
You probably have to advance one round in Red Bull too.

There were a lot of qualifiers, actually. All the individual RB events act as qualifiers, and they had their own set of qualifiers.

He does have a harder group in IEM right now, but both of them are also in their own region in WCS, and she is not part of any WCS point related tournaments that he cant go to, as far as I know at least. it's based on aligulac ratings, and Scarlett is confirmed for Red Bull Washington None of the sources from anywhere say that red bull washington awards any WCS points, they only announced a prize pool, nothing about WCS points, anywhere at all. All the individual RB events act as qualifiers, and they had their own set of qualifiers.
The individual Red Bull events acted as events. Full tournaments with their own stages, match-by-match schedules, and three of them with their own WCS points. Those are NOT qualifiers.

For it to be considered a qualifier, it has to be directly with the purpose of qualifying for that event, so only Cure actually qualfied for Red Bull Washington, which means that it's less than the 25% qualified which are required for a WCS event, the rest was invited based on their perfomance in other red bull tournaments, but they didn't play that tournament specifically to qualify.
If Red Bull Washington will be granted WCS points by blizzard, they are actually violating their own rules, so I highly doubt that it will happen.
Dreamhack Winter also doesn't have WCS points( it's also after global finals, perhaps they can get WCS points if the rules are changed, and then it counts to the 2015 season, but for now they don't).

Global & North America didn't give any points so they can be qualifiers. no one said qualifier couldnt give lot of money
