If he had won that PughCraft it could be argued even more (though he only beat Armani x2 and Cure 3-0 which was pretty big tbh)
I'd say that the top five foreigners fluctuates too much between Snute/Bunny/Scarlett/Vortix/Major because of uneven exposure in tournaments.

true, maybe I'm being a little quick to throw that title out. if he keeps playing well I think he'll soon be considered above the rest though
