ok, I guess I am wondering why he chose 3 CC build when he's sort of known for his micro with strong macro.

Just do a timing, then take a third while poking. So much safer and does not put you far behind.

when zerg wasted tonnes of gas early on and late 3rd and no baneling nest and less lair unit due to roach investment and zerg is still not behind because they can instantly saturated the third. you serious?

That's like saying failiing a mass bfhellion timing into mech doesn't make the terran behind.

Why don't you just watch the game I mentioned and see by yourself? I talked about this game because this is what happens as a standard in that kind of scenario, not because the Terran side messed up.

I'd consider soO the favorite given that he came so close to beating Zest in the GSL finals and the maps are a lot better this time.
