Because sending the same race/players all the time makes you really easy to counter, even if they're objectively slightly better. Right now, Terran win-ratio = 57%, Protosss ~ 50% and Zerg 43%. If you take out Maru/TY/Flash/BByong, the four best Terrans, Terran still has a win-ratio over 50%. Terrans suck at individual leagues at the moment, but Terran is doing just fine in teamleagues for some reason. Or you can shuffle zerg / protoss like SKT.
SKT is SKT. No other team than SKT have that kind of lineup or could do that and still do very well in PL.

Not sending any Terrans ever would just be stupid. Yeah maybe there isn't as many Terrans that are doing as well as some Protoss or Zerg players at the moment but if a team decides that they will never send any Terrans anymore, that would make their opponents practise million times easier when they could just ignore all the vT matchups.
I don't think it is a huge deal except maybe for the Ace match since line ups are announce ahead of time.

Keen made a great tactical desicion to sneak marines pass the contain to kill probes at the natural. Doesn't matter because of a 1-click skill solution, even after a time warp. If you think that is fair in a "strategy" game then good for you.
