There is a limit (90sec) and there is also a legendary card that puts the limit to an insane 15 sec. The turns just seem that long as spectator.

i think they have a overall timer for the whole match. thats why the use a chesswatch i guess.

oh ok. Yeah Drazerk keeps linking the Nozdormu card in the liquidhearth LR. Would like to see that played ^^. Maybe they should change it to like 30 sec for a normal turn and like either keep Noz at 15 or maybe even something crazier like 10. probably going overboard but it could be sort of intense.
