Really who had better results as a foreigner than NaNiwa at all last year? Not to mention he absolutely crushed Scarlett in the show match, and consistently gets better results. So really you're just an idiot. You're awfully abrasive and sometimes hyperbolic in your posts

Yet he's gone much farther than Stephano in the GSL, multiple times, and that weighs a lot when you talk about "Best foreigner". And IMO, he's been "higher" than Idra and Huk :/
He can definitely fill the gap, even widening it. Deal with it.

naniwa is way overrated, but he has that market value eg's interested in.

Please be more specific, a list of foreigners that have performed better than Naniwa in HotS would be nice.
Looking forward to read it

This is what I was thinking... It definitely reminded me of playing under some sort of time crunch where you had to or wanted to just force the game to end one way or the other...

So how is that NaNiwa's fault? He has been by far the best foreigner for much longer than November-December, and just because no one else is there to challenge him really speaks to lack of any other legitimate foreigner, and nothing about what Naniwa has done. Reaching the finals of 2 major tournaments is pretty much leagues ahead of any other foreigner this past year.

Okay guys Jinro is best foreigner of all time he made ro4 GSL twice and no other foreigner has made it once. That's the end of the debate.

It was pretty obvious Naniwa was the best foreigner, especially with Scarlett's hole in ZvP. In terms of being challenged, not sure where you're going with that or how that matters.
If you think 2 months is nothing Innovation was the best player in the world for just two months, Dear maybe 1 month, TaeJa a month and a half or so.

I hate him due to his long-term shitty behaviour, so I guess it's okay for people to say "top foreigner" for past success. Guess I just lost that argument. Whatever, nowadays he's not as good as before. I even agree on him having the potential to come far, given a thorough training environment. But he's just an unmannered person, always in for trash talk in a personal way, too. So I just want to see him lose, badly. my sig says "I hate parting" but that's more humour than serious hate. I wouldn't even bother my signature with typing "naniwa" into it.

Definitely the best foreigner to ever put his hands on a keyboard.

I truly dislike the person behind the player. And he's obviously not at the top of his form currently (will he ever be there again is completely open for guessing). Yet he remains a really, really successful foreigner, that can easily be considered to have been the best during a few periods.

The thing with Naniwa is that his performances go up and down rapidly. He's not overrated all the time, when he's on his game he's a really good player no matter who you compare him to, but when he's not - and that happens frequently, I'd agree with him being overrated. The problem is that it's impossible to tell ahead of time which Naniwa will show up. Saying that he's "overrated" oversimplifies things.

How the fuck can I be specific on that? I am the best person in my flat currently, since there's nobody else in the house. Get what I'm saying?

are you trying to compare naniwa to stephano, the difference in success is clear to see, naniwa had easy runs in code s also.

I hope we get an explanation soon. So sad ~ probably all the bad words you could say in swedish in conjunction with SC2 and trying to convince himself he doesnt care. Don't you think it looked like he really didn't care though? If he honestly cared, he wouldn't have used outdated WoL builds that weren't even good in the first place. Something was wrong today and I wonder what...
He was "too clever by half," as they say. One base blink is rare nowadays, but it hits faster and requires a totally different response than two base blink (must retreat to main vs 1 base). He tried to deny scouting and use the metagame to his advantage. Two base blink is better in general, but one base blink is a legitimate HoTS all in
