The only reason this game will get like 4 stars or w/e is because jd held it. Lol you're joking right? Nothing is as abusive as SH, sorry buddy. And wtf is wrong with a held all-in? It's part of the game and it makes for some very, very intense situations at times. It was perfectly executed by JD and should get 4 stars. i think it was more mana not executing it properly than JD holding. i dont doubt for a second that if it was a high level korean protoss, JD would have lost both games. except, MC, the king of 2base all-ins wasn't so confident......... MC isn't the king of 2base all-ins, the real king lives with skt atm. Except it wasn't a high level Korean. And Mana didn't really do anything wrong besides miss some FF's. He was just too timid and should've went for the jugular. But like MC said, the Zerg was JD so you gotta respect him which probably contributed to Mana's reluctance to fully commit. Not to mention it was an elimination game, nerves running high man. some? i think mana spent all of his ffs and maybe trapped < 5 roaches. that's not how you execute. Except he was still fine even after that, just not recalling and pushing again while saving that army is the 1 decision that cost it. It still came down to a drone pull after that so saying he "completely blew it" just isn't right at all. Just giving JD credit for doing exactly what he needed to do. It was a damn intense situation but it seems everyones too jaded to appreciate it at this point.

Mana lost that because he messed up, repeatedly. It's a map issue more than anything, Yeonsou is just an awful map. You can "take appropriate measures" to a lot of builds and still lose, that's Starcraft. It's executing those "appropriate measures" that seperates the winner from the loser. And exactly like you said, Jaedong executed his part much better than Mana did. I wouldn't say Mana "messed up repeatedly" because he really didn't. Just a missed FF once or twice can completely change the game, and like MC said if he would've recalled after killing the roach warren, collected maybe 1 immortal or 2 and left again, while warping in some more sentries, he would've been able to push again with all that army still alive and it would've been really potent. So that 1 decision really decided it in the end, everything after that was just JD taking control of the game. So if Mana had basically not done any of the stuff he did post killing the roach warren, and done other things instead, he would likely have won? Doesn't that kind of explain the irritation on display here?
