Well one of the stalker shots definitely hit the mine so if he was paying attention he could have seen that even if the stalkers themselves weren't visible.
EDIT: And looking it up a widow mine has vision range of 7 (compare with SCV/probe/drone which has 8) so that seems plenty of vision to see a few stalkers.

SCV pulls are not nearly as impressive as Polt's back and forth vs Stardust - I admit I haven't watched it yet but I can already imagine it.

Actually haven't seen any of their games, I go by games player previously as well as IRL looks.
Polt is quite handsome in both regards too though, just not at jjakji's level!
