If Protoss is attacking an outlying base then it's likely they havea pylon nearby so it becomes a waste of time as they can warp in faster before you unload and when they target it down you'v ejust sacrificed a portion of your army to fail a defense. Against Zerg the problem is most likely economy. To put it in perspective, in a ZvZ, if a player has a 5 drone lead in mid-late game 10 minutes down the line they are up by 1k minerals in bank. Unless you really know what you're doing you're dead. ZvT is now two matchups: vs Bio: It's good if you play that defensive hive tech style that Symbol uses, but for everyone else they just do the Scarlett MASS MASS mutas style and in that case the 300 gas is better put into banes/burrow/upgrades or 3 more mutas. vs Mech: It can be good but banshee shuts it down and is a staple of most mech builds. And you're not reinforcing with large mass units to overwhelm them but slowly seiging them out. Because you're getting SH/infestors/Ultras nydus becomes a detriment. It's okay with aggressive SH styles and Roach/hydra but roach/hydra doesn't scale well unless you're Curious and SH are too expensive to squeeze in a nydus at the current knowledge of the game. | ||

His performance was some bad luck but some really bad fails on his part aswell. Well hes still young so i guess it was a lot of nervousness by him, hopefully he'll be back next season! But really nice play from Starbuck aswell, well deserved spot. | ||
