I'm not sure it told us much, except that Acer really needs to get a good protoss, but blind haters and fans will use it as an excuse or a cudgel for a long time. I do not like some skins on the stronger team colors (for example overlord always looks as if it's about to pop and extractor looks like its covered with scar tissue), but some things I like so much that I think they should be on by default (like time warps and force fields taking on the color of the player).

it could have been a good series if scarlett wouldn't have been playing that greedily as she did, and i don't know how her disability to build units and not drones makes this mu a "clusterfuck" overall.

It means it's a horrible match up. It's the polar opposite of TvT, which represents everything awesome about Sc2, PvZ represents everything awful about the game. It's probably ok from a balance perspective, it's just mildly preferable to gouging your eyeballs out with a spoon as a spectator or player.
There are dozens of posts and videos where pros talk about how terrible PvZ is, where it is explained in great detail.

Well I could totally see how someone would consider the eye-gouging part preferable, so I completely agree there. And before anyone jumps on me for balance whining, I was equally vocal about my hatred of PvZ during snoozelord/infestor. It's just a fundamentally flawed, broken match up.
