In some aspects he might be the best, while he gets overshadowed in others. He is definitly top-3 together with Rain and Dear, but I would´nt give those three a final order.

Dear is easily the best protoss player when it comes to execution of what he needs to do, but i think sOs is a more "brilliant" player doing what he needs to do in X situation, he somewhat lacks the execution but he is always where he needs to be
