Being a fan someone because of his personality is stupid anyway. You never hear people cheering for soccer players because they are nice. You cheer for them because of their skill. This "being a fan of personality" thing seems to only be a thing in SC2(at least from my experience).
I tend to judge players by the way how they play, and their personality is just a bonus.

You should crack open a book sometime, shaming is about the least effective way of encouraging positive behaviour without incurring negative side effects. Really, when was the last time you felt good about yourself after being shamed about something?
