Suppy did beat him 2-1, so I imagine other zergs like Soulkey saw it too and came up with their own solutions. i just think Soulkey is better cause more practice.... i dont believe he studied Polt but could Soulkey is good enough to beat Polt without study, but this is Soulkey. You think he wouldn't study how a player plays if he had the chance? hmmm i think you are right

I agree there aren't many terrans, not many zergs either, just a ton of protoss this season. DRG would be favored against any terran that does not 11-11

True, but going into that finals, Innovation was looking absolutely unstoppable, and had like a 90% winrate against the world's best Zergs at the time: Life, Symbol, Leenock, Roro. It was ridiculous.

my ads play just fucking fine though Also unwatchable for me on all settings. I like how it insults you as well now by suggesting that it's our fault the video is stuttering... "it seems your audio and video is stuttering, try lowering your settings" lol. Tested my connection: 10 mb/s I was curious, so I tested mine, 11.48 and working perfectly aaaaand just as I type that it starts stuttering like mad

That isn't true at all. Should we remind you how he got out of that GSL season 5 of 2012 Ro32 group with Maru (whom Soulkey ended up kicking to Code B lol) and HerO :D? You could also throw in all those macro games where he took the map and then lost. Most notably to sky tosses. Still I wouldn't call SK a turtle player by any stretch of the imagination. SK has defensive style of play usually though. Granted he may go on something like muta-ling-bane bust or roach-bane bust on a map he is not comfortable with.
That doesn't make him a turtler though. SK hits a lot of windows.

Yeah. HerO went super desperation mode, had to force himself to play a game that he's not good at. Since actually being good at macro PvZ was not a viable option

I think he's even with Losira, worse than DRG. *Like Losira spends all of his apm on small counters, creep spread and inject. Soulkey spends his apm on map control, burrow lings, counters, injects and a little creep spread. Why would you say that? Is there any evidence for these kind of statements or just "trashtalk" ??

Nah, HerO vs Leenock and Seed vs Symbol (the rematch) are the other two some 1-1-1 TvP series and other terran shit at the beginning of wol was worse imo
Tbh protoss were just terrible at dealing with the 1-1-1 and maps played a big role too

Since actually being good at macro PvZ was not a viable option Well HerO had a super amazing multi-task oriented PvZ style where he would pick off bases and be literally everywhere. Which didn't matter when Leenock could just sit in his corner of Antiga on basically no mining, get Broodlords/Infestors, and neural the mothership.
Once he learned to Soul train he started doing better. (see his NASL win over Violet)
