Not sure if joking, lol, but a lot of casters did, and try checking out the polls. Noone in their right mind would expect Flash to win, but seems most people aren't in their right mind. :p

It's going to take like 10 tournaments of Flash losing early before his hype train stops, similar to lucifron.

Yes, let's compare Flash to Lucifron.

Not to say that in the same way that some people overhype players with no results, there are other people bashing some accomplished players tournament after tournament, just to say "see? I was right" when they fail to qualify. And all the players will get to that point, even MVP or Innovation.

Apparently the bracket incorrectly showed that Life was guarnateed to advance before he faced Stardust, so he might have thrown thinking he was safe when he wasn't. That's what HuK says anyway,

Life did a 1 base baneling bust on Whirlwind.

2nd game seemed standard.

I can't fault him for griping, but he (Huk) did technically lost game 1 vs Life off the initial set of lings -.-.

standard 9min hive for no use

Point is, Life made a bad decision. He had no way of knowing he was safe from elimination, so he wouldn't have thrown. I don't like that Huk is just casually throwing around that Life fixed the games...

Also he should control his own fate by his own matches instead of complaining about how others play it out.

I don't buy it. But Huk can whine if he wants to. He got CRUSHED by Life, so he should honestly be upset with himself.

Ah, did not see it on the feature list.

Will catch the VOD then.

the only thing I'm comparing is that they are/were hyped to insane levels without ever winning anything and it tooks a full year of tournaments for lucifron's hype train to finally die off.

Everyone said " Lucifron is the best player in Europe " forever, everyone says Flash is one of the best players in Korea even though he's yet to pass the ro16 in GSL.

Most wins in Proleague is something! But he hasnt made it far in GSL (WCS Korea).

Maybe getting the hardest group each time doesn't help.

Did he get the hardest group in season 1? I know in season 2 he got the hardest group, but can't remember season 1.

Either way he's still way overhyped and with how many people expected flash to actually win this tournament blew my mind. He was insanely good in bw, but he's no where near that level in sc2 as of right now. Some of the players he lost to today also (to me) showed he's not anywhere near as good as people think he is.

No offense to Dimaga/yugioh, but I feel flash should be able to beat both of them no problem but he actually lost and just looked bad (versus yugioh game 3 anyway, I did not watch dimaga games and did see game 2 of yugioh vs flash which was just failed all in).

Yes, he did.

How does Jaedong look in this game?

in that case life is pretty naive to believe that internet sites are right and the fact stays that huk is a sportsman and should behave like this.

yeah well Lucifron easily top 5 foreign player and can make a claim at being the best foreign player. Foreign players don't win tournaments that often you know and foreign Terran suck as usual.

Yes. In fact would work most of time, because StarDust noticed it when banelings were near his wall. But StarDust played BW, he knows micro (c) Group of Death on Bogus' hellion micro

agreed,
never in any sport is it appropriate to make accusations of bias or fixing unless you can back it up with some kind of proof or you witnessed proof firsthand. throwing that kind of language around is incredibly BM and shows a poor attitude

I don't think Kespa ranking counts as winning a tournament, but yeah he was pretty good in proleague. Too bad proleague is isolated so It's pretty worthless(although this might change next season??)
