I don't get how he can say that when he just lost to a European. lol. There's still things he could learn.

Is that conceivable? He still will need certain people to fail, for instance: He needs Maru to lose GSL/not get top 5 (probable). Needs duckdeok/MC to kill Mvp/TLO/Grubby/MMA/Dimaga/Lucifron. Needs Hyun to not win 2 DH and IEM. Needs Alicia to not win WCS NA. Aha. Thanks!
There are a few far out ones that can take him out like Parting/Flash/Gumiho. But they'd need to win GSL and then do decently in season finals. And if that's the case, more likely than not they will take out others that threaten Naniwa's position.

Valencia was a tier two for WCS I see no reason Bucharest won't be. Though naniwa will probably have to win IEM NY if he wants to go to blizzcon unless there is some amazing luck and only those already in the top 16 get all the points. http://dreamhack.ro/en/dreamhack-bucharest-2013-will-be-a-tier-1-starcraft-2-wcs-event/Yep Okay then, I just kinda assumed since Valencia was T2. I suppose so close to blizzcon they decided to make IEM NY and Bucharest higher stake.

all hope on TLO ^^ More like Scarlett to be honest.
Scarlett doesn't play sc2 for a few months.

Hmm, at this point we should think about getting round robin back, there is so much of people winning, despite losing the direct comparism lately.
Congratz TargA though, he did, what he had to do.

all hope on TLO ^^ Does not TLO need to perform super well though? Considering that even ForGG is far out of top 16 at the moment (and he performed far better than TLO at season 1 finals). ForGG is not "far out" of the top 16, he's 17th. Take into consideration that points of other players are also going up.
But having advanced from Ro32 and being 17th on the rankings has to be as close to top 16 as one can be, right? Obviously not far out of top 16, rather he is very barely almost not at all out of top 16.

I kinda believe it will be impossible for any foreigner to get top 16, unless all WCS regions will show ridiculous lack of consistency.

Should there be at least partially same people at WCS Season 3 finals as there were on Season 1 or Season 2 their points will most likely take the top 16 spots.

If you go FFE, and the Zerg goes 3 hatch before pool, and pulls drones to prevent you from cannoning up his second or third base, or just builds his 2nd and 3rd away from the cannons; the zerg almost automatically wins if he gets his third base up. (à la Jaedong vs Naniwa at the Season Finals). The moment the game goes into mid-late game, zerg is so much ahead. Blizzard should really look into this, because even if Protoss goes for the most aggressive strategies, like the 4gate, he cannot punish 3 hatch before pool, unless the zerg fcks up.
You could proxy2gate. Also, the Stardust Zealot-heavy 2base 4 gate is really rough against 3hatch before pool.

Hey OP, overall results match 2 map 2 needs ForGG's name bolded

Wow, exactly 1 correct prediction in the polls.
My guess is 3500 points will be a lock for Blizzcon if not less, so NaNiwa "just" needs to do good at Comic-Con and Bucharest (Top 4 atleast in both)
