How does it destroy the European scene? DH was there before and still is there. Assembly was there before and still is. IEM was there before and still is. HSC was there before and still is. Exactly 0 tournaments get affected by WCS EU, it is just an additional tournament, which is pretty much the opposite of destroying the scene. | ||

Only if you're doing a specific timing and saving on the archives is their some use in dt archons like the common zealot/archon timing to try and bust and expo after dt opening (not so popular now but it was in WoL) All the other times you just want ht archons, it's just quite a bit better. Sure you need a little more production but even if you put 2 extra gates you still get 7 zealots for an archon. Thing is archons aren't even that good.. 5 zealots do just fine against an archon.. It's good to make archons but it's the pivotal unit, zealot + ht archons + immortals > zealots + dt archons any day. And that is exactly why welmu's lategame pvp is quite weak. | ||
