No he does.
I specifically remember at least 3 games where he pulled SCVs in the midgame to win.
Artosis described it as, knowing he was just far enough ahead to go for the killing blow. Nothing cheesy about it.
Just goes to show what a little bit of good o'l caster bias does to a viewer's perception of a strategy or the player executing it.
Fact is, I think I've seen one SCV pull if not several in every TvP series I've seen in WCS Korea and the GSTL following the Helbat nerf. Terrans just are NOT confident going against late game Protoss in the current metagame.
