Like the casters said, it's somewhat of a BO win for Symbol. If Maru goes for a 3CC and fast upgrades build, he is ahead. Especially if he gets a siege tank or three.

What did creator win? TSL 4. And that WCS Korea right? WCS korea was the only time where toss was doin good. And TSL 4 was online.
