A lot of people do it the other way around, eating big for dinner and only some small stuff for lunch. I'm just used to doing it this way because of working early shifts a lot. After working for 8 hours I need lots of food for lunch. It's how my parents do it as well and actually pretty common in Germany. Not so common in other countries though. | ||
