I remember being annoyed at the observing the first few weeks because of the lack of synergy between the observer and the casters. It seemed like the observer wasn't listening to the casters and so the casters could be talking about something that the observer should "confirm," but the observer wouldn't confirm it. I haven't been paying close attention, but the fact that I'm not as annoyed probably means it's significantly better.

I feel like it depends on how much I'm actually focusing on the game. Right now I'm mostly posting on TL and editing LP while sort of listening to the game and tuning in when they start yelling. however if it was a GSL finals or I was doing a Live Report, I would care a lot more about obs.

The guy observing during the livestreams for this season was Icicle

Agreed. I'm also casually going in an out right now between posting in the LR excessively and faux-studying for my exam.
