Well, it just feels the difficulty difference between the paths is just a bit too much. Life will win everything in 10 minute games and go to the semis without ever having to break sweat. He's already the best player at the tourny but he can play very well rested as well.

So what's your solution? Do a manual draw and make life face really good players even though he earned a good seed by winning his groups?

Its a video game. You should never break a sweat playing it anyway. You won't be more tired from play slightly more video games then the other guy lol.


Yes you would. In tournament situations there is a lot on the line. You may sweat from being nervous because you are playing in front of thousands of people. That's like saying people don't sweat when they give a speech or something in front of an audience.

If you have to perform at peak mental ability for a long time you're going to get mentally tired. Imagine taking exams all day, except instead of having time to answer questions one by one you have to multi task and react to everything that's thrown at you. People can be mentally exhausted.
