If you're used to a certain set-up it can really throw you off if the exp is lower.

He does normally have solid micro, but that game was just not very good... Maybe he just stopped caring because he was pretty much guaranteed a win after sniping that oracle and cancelling the nexus.
Zealots stuck behind stalkers in the mineral, 2-3 different times he had 3 or more stalkers off killing buildings while his zealots were getting kited and army was engaging with out them etc.
Again the game was pretty much won but there was nothing really great about his micro in that game.

That micro in the 2nd game was quite poor. half his stalkers were attacking gateways while his zealots were being kited around.
