I really hope NSH can decisively take this. They are one of my favorite teams and they really need this right now. They must prove that what they did vs Prime was not just a one hit wonder. I will be watching live and and cheering hard for them ^^ MadBull all kill => gogogogogog !!!

Yesterday's crowd was a bit of an outlier though, because of all dat hype. But you're right that GSTL is much less popular for some reason. Maybe it's seen as gimmicky or not serious enough.. I dunno.

I think some kind of Super Bowl type thing where the GSTL champion plays the Proleague Champion would be better than a combined tournament. I would alternate formats every time between all-kill and proleague.

12 team pro league would be pretty epic, with them using gom/ogn studios. It won't happen anytime soon but would be amazing imo.

While I think Salvation couldn't win that fight either way, I don't like his choice to engage at the protoss 4th. Would rather see him set up a big arc between it and the natural, and just poke at the natural with some MMM.

There's no point making 2 oracles unless they went DT. One full energy oracle can kill the entire mineral line if you get the chance. Make a voidray or robo instead...

as a player who frequently cannon rushes, i would politely disagree. i love to cannon on the low ground, then take my opponents assimilator to grant me vision, allowing me to go to town . i reduction in the health would mess up everything.

to be honest i don't really buy that stuff about "not caring about team league"
I'm sure the care I just don't think they practice for the match, snipers/maps etc. They never really seem to have any builds for maps or any real plan apart from throwing great players out and hoping someone gets on a roll.
i don't think many eSF teams really plan out their GSTL matches and snipe much at all. that kind of mentality is shared by pretty much all the teams atm haha.

Well, NSH played horribly tonight. Only jjakji's game was not utterly, entirely one-sided and resembled something other than a player being outclassed.
Oh well at least the guy earned valuable experience from this. Good for him, pretty sure this was already known fact that he couldn't win anyone when he was sent out. Kinda like what IM coach did with players like King back in the previous seasons.

It's likely that madbull sucks at PvP... He only has Tassadar to train with, and they obviously viewed Tassadar as a better asset for the team, which means he probably kicks his ass in the match-up.
Inori? although I guess he said clutch and Tassadar is the only one of these that has a remote shot of being sent as ace and he's sent out as one fairly regularly
HoSeo actually relies on Tassadar in big moments, though. J and Miya aren't focal points of their teams. HoSeo uses Tassadar as their second best player or as ace.

Sure, if you said worst, then it's not tassadar by a long shot. the worst player to consistently appear in GSTL has to be J since he never won a game, but Tassadar is consistently sent out in situations where he is required to achieve multiple wins or try to put the team on his back. If you dont count the preseason, he's also on a 8 game losing streak in GSTL games that matter. He hasnt won since the match vs Liquid 11 months ago.
