I honestly think most of the balance whining and arguing at the end of WoL was because we were all sick of losing to similar stuff on ladder. Watching pure mechanics/creativity winning near the beginning of an expansion is really fun. Leenock's play in that game certainly abused Zerg mechanics of tech switches but it was his tactical insight, planning, and sheer mechanics that made the game. I think if we had 50000 tournament games like that there'd be balance whining no matter the race though. Just my 2 cents. | ||
