Flash plays like a slightly worse clone of MKP when he was at his best (which still makes him really fucking good) and Jaedong is some decent zerg player that can probably hang in Code A. but what makes them so special? i don't know because i never saw them in BW. well based on the fact that you refer to flash at his best as a "slightly worse clone of MKP" kind of says it all. flash plays like flash. he does his best and in sc2, it has often times proven to be pretty effective. after about a year of televised games, flash has gotten himself into the ro16 in code S. if you don't quite "get" it, i suggest you catch group B of code s ro16 and we will all find out whether the hype has merit or not; 2 esF giants and 2 kespa giants are gonna duke it out in 5 bo3's man, could possibly click for you i meant to say Flash is a slightly worse version of MKP when MKP was at his best. sorry if you misunderstood that. also, refer to my previous post for some more insight. i understand what they have done in BW, and it is very impressive. but i never witnessed it, so to me they are just two dudes that entered the sc2 scene like a year ago and i look at them the same way i look at all the other players that have entered the scene. i didn't even mention their bw experience. like i said, flash made it into code s ro16 and got picked for the group of death. if you watched the ro16 nominations, it was clear that flash was going to end up in the group with the best players no matter what since the rest of the bracket did not want to get cleaned up super early lol. like i said, i suggest you check out code s ro16. will flash dominate? i don't think so, but i think he's gonna show us some great games, as well as the rest of his group.
thank you, that pretty much sums up my own thoughts about Flash's play. yes, he's very good, and he's probably gonna give the guys in his group really good games, but is he clearly better than them? i don't think so. matter of fact, i would say that he's clearly not as good as Life and might not be as good as Parting and Innovation either. does that then deserve being hyped as "god"? when MVP got his huge hype, he actually WAS a huge favorite over EVERYBODY he played, and won almost everytime.
anyways, enough of this. time to watch Leenock stomp a nerd

People called him the best Terran in the world just because of that one Bo7 series (whereas the rest of the tournament was pretty much luck and Oz playing really stupidly) for quite a while, and kept hyping him as a Top 5 Terran even long after he stopped posting any results worth nothing. :S

But he still managed to win other tournaments or at least place well in them, against more or less the same Code S players. :S
