Yeah pretty much. Innovation had 3 hard choices so he went for the louz. I think pretty much everyone would have agreed that if you repalce flash with bomber or gumiho oyu would still have a group of death. But flash was more "deathish" due to bw legacy.

Nah man, you dont get it. Flash is a long way from being a championship contender, unlinke Gumiho who is clearly the best terran player and the only true champion, even when he bombs out of every GSL before ro4. Dont take my word for it, other posters understand it too!

rofl. are those interviews real? Parting and Life sound so unprofessional.
|
man, we need to turn it down a notch.
Life, Parting, Flash Innovation and some others....those dudes are on a level where "X better than Y" "Z best player in the world" just becomes completely irrelevant.
I mean everybody can take a game off of everybody at this level, there are minor fluctuations in having a good day/bad day or maps or specific circumstances or even metagame but that does not justify putting badges on the players a la "better than ..." or "best at the moment"....it's just soooooo fragile at the very top.
Of course we want to call somebody "THE BEST" as seen with Life or "MOST POTENTIAL" as seen with Flash because we are fans and we feed off of that.
but if you take a few steps you will realize that ANYTHING is possible.
These are monsters, let's enjoy the show.

Now I may be a little biased but I know the majority opinion I hear on TL is that the two best terrans are Flash and Innovation. I do not see how "everyone" would agree Gumiho or Bomber is better than Flash...I would think much less of this group if either of them replaced Flash.

It's just unfortunate that the format will probably help PartinG imo. Lets put it this way:
PvZ: Life = PartinG -> I think both can easily take the game, maybe slight advantage for PartinG TvZ: Life>Innovation/Flash -> Life has yet to be beaten in a ZvT and even though Bogus/Flash are awesome, I think Life would bear both of them. PvT: PartinG<Innovation -> Mostly because I think PartinG is overall the weakest player in the group beside PvZ. TvT: Innovation = Flash
Now... PartinG can advance without even beating a Terran once but by beating Life twice (-> Favorite Matchup prolly). Life on the other side will probably not be able to advance without beatin PartinG at least once and I don't think he'll play against two Terrans - which is HIS favorite Matchup.
I expect the group to end like that: PartinG > Life innovation > Flash innovation > PartinG Life > Flash PartinG > Life
But i hope for Life > PartinG Innovation > Flash Life > Innovation Flash > PartinG Innovation > Flash

So while he could slowly grind his way to dominance in BW, where the game did not change for the whole time he played it, he will be fall off again and again in SC2, as long as it evolves at such a quick pace.
What the hell are you talking about? Flash literally invented modern TvP by himself.

seriously, i hate living in U.S. Like why is GomTV in US make people to pay to watch? Like why? this is getting sooooooo frustrating. cant wait to go back to korea this summer -________-

Its hard to imagine life not getting out of the group his tvz is unbeatable, but flash and innovation can do it if its possible. I think Blizzard should just patch the game based off this group result maybe just off of what happens to flash. If flash loses buff Terran
