Zergs forgetting they are the fast race is funny. Getting harassed everywhere and the Terran just can macro like nothing is going on. And if the Zerg does remember it swiftly gets out of hand for the Terran unless the Zerg does the usual a-move ling group. I wonder how far Terran would go by running marines with attack move over the map.

Shuttle is an amazing Terran. I was surprised when he didn't qualify earlier, and I will be surprised if he loses to Targa.

He was short on gas after he forgot to put back his drones to gas (due to Shuttle nice mid game agression) . So in the end he couldn't afford mutas and ultralisks at the same time .

I liked when a Zerg reached Ultras Infestors in one game, can't remember where. Had to sacrifice all Mutas to get there, but got tons of bases for gas. And the caster were suddenly saying he did a mistake by building Mutas again and hit the wrong button. Zerg proceeded to stop any drop, before they became a problem with the Mutas, went 3/3 on the air and used Mutas instead of Lings to add damage to the Ultra ball. And the Mutas basically went back to full health between the fights and didn't care about mine hits. Was really fun to watch. Especially since the Zerg split the Mutas into groups.

He's really cocky, stubborn and competitive - a mix that isn't one of the more popular ones. well stephano is quite popular .. Stephano is well mannered . ...huh? He is quite cocky and stubborn lol and he's not even that good-mannered. I don't think he is stubborn. He doesn't even seem to get affected when something isn't going his way. He has a very high opinion of himself, sometimes speaks faster than he thinks or at least doesn't think about the consequences, and he doesn't hesitate to say what he has in mind, but he is usually good-mannered. Never getting angry after a loss. I think he's stubborn in the respect that he tends to do the same build over and over again, so that those who study him and learn the way he plays tend to beat him (e.g., him getting creamed in the GSL). Some people even blame him for that . :d He definitely exhibits nonchalance when he plays, but he's also incredibly cocky and is bad mannered in real life, if you look at all the controversial things he's done. Creamed in GSL? He was one map away from RO16 and then requalified for it. Man if that's getting creamed then literally every Korean has been creamed in the GSL multiple times over including MVP. When people doesn't like someone they tend to do everything in there power to diminished them in any way they can. Fact is it took Flash 3 times to qualify to code S via the up&downs and Stephano did it strait away. Another fact is also if it had been any other player then Innovation Stephano would had made it easy. (Luck of the bracket) Just ignore everything DarkPlasmaBal says about Stephano. He has been hating for ages based on his emotions and lack of understanding what kind of person Stephano really is.
I think if you think this, you haven't followed Stephano's career both inside and outside of the game. He may be the best and most accomplished foreigner, but he's also done a ton of stupid shit. I think he's a fantastic player overall, but I don't respect him much as a person because of the controversial things he's done. And I'm far from the only anti-fan of him. He's a very polarizing figure.
But I don't wish to continue this derailment any further. If you actually want to talk about this more with me, feel free to PM

I agree. he deserves the spot if judged by skill. But EU is not scared and will put up a good fight. This is not over yet!

great great ESL, now they did not let our streamers get in game, forcing over 4k people to watch restream...

Damn, putting Tails and Shuttle on the same side of the bracket sucks... bad tournament!
I wanted both of them to get in

Just as an end to this discussion. I dont disagree with you, but i tend to not look so harshly at him, because he seems very naive due to beeing so young. He does stupid things, but i cant remember any ill-mannered things though. He will grow up eventually.

yeah seems like but tbh I'm fine with shuttle. At least he plays EU ladder on a regular basis. Whether he lives in EU, NA or KOR doesn't really matter for me as long as he doesn't just grab the money but is also involved in the european proscene.

Yay, go Shuttle!
