Immortals are actually good against hydras. You need lings to tank or something, but that's not going to work against the zealot / archon. Soo is making pretty terrible strategic decisions throughout this game, whilst sos is making very solid decisions.

sOs builds a 3rd Gas and 2 Stargates and starts Phoenix-production

8:00-10:00min
soO builds quite a lot of Roaches and Lings as sOs moves out with a few gateway units and his Core
soO tries to surround but sOs recalls his army to his natural

5 Phoenixes are moving out, soO builds 5 Spores at once in response
soO builds more Pheonixes and starts +1 air attack and adds a Robo

10:00-12:00
sOs is able to do some damage with his Phoenixes and takes map control, he is up to 9 Phoenixes now
soO starts Hydra production and gets Roach and Hydra Speed and an Infestation Pit

Robotics Support Bay and third base for sOs

12:00-14:00min
sOs engages a few Hydras with his Phoenixes and loses some of them, down to 6 Phoenixes now
soO wants to get aggressive with Roach-Ling-Hydra but backs off as sOs has enough Gateway units and a few Immortals

14:00-16:00min
sOs gets Charge-Tech, a single Colossus and more Immortals while soO builds more Hydras, Roaches and adds Vipers
Templar Archives goes down for sOs
soO is looking for a good position to attack sOs

huge engagement between the natural and third of sOs!
good position for soO but sOs uses time warps and feedbacks and his Zealots do huge amounts of damage

16:00-18:00min
soO remaxes on Roaches and Hydras but soO got a huge amount of Immortals and Zealots and Templars, now with Storm
sOs starts the attack, soO engages him in the middle of the map

soO loses almost all of his army but immediately remaxes on Roaches, soO loses his Zealots and is forced to back off for reinforcements

18:00-20:00min
Another huge engagement in the middle, Storms do lots of damage and sOs still keeps his Immortals alive
sOs takes a 4th and backs off for now

20:00-22:00min
soO adds a single Ultralisk and a bunch of Hydras, still looking for a composition against sOs' units
soO wants to attack but Storms force him back

Zealot run-by gets denied by soO's army

22:00-24:00min
sOs sends more Zealots into soO's 4th but soO sees and denies it
sOs has even more Immortals now, he basically uses Immortal-Templar-Zealot

Zealot run-by into the natural and 4th, soO defends well

24:00-26:00min
sOs just keeps doing Zealot run-bys and is able to deny soO's attempt of taking a 5th
Big engagement with the main armys now, soO has a good concave but sOs has good storms and lots of Immortals and now also Archons

sOs takes the engagement but can't push further

26:00-28:00min
sOs starts to send DTs and Zealots everywhere now
soO can't defend and loses his Hive and Hydra Den

28:00-30:00min
soO tries to take another engagement in the middle with a huge surround from all sides but it doesn't even matter, sOs Storms and Immortals are way too strong for soO

soO loses the last of his Hydras and leaves the game
sOs advances to the Ro16!
