When I've played this style I've actually had trouble vs SH because they preemptively activating my mines then steam rolling me with ling/baneling.

That said, my terran is pretty bad.

mines pretty much force swarmhosts. you need swarmhosts to beat down the front and force mines to deploy

honestly i dont like the way the mines force swarmhosts. it creates stale games where its widow mines vs swarmhosts EVERY game

i wouldnt mind giving the widow mines a cap of 200 damage (120 to target, 3 units max hit by 40 splash) to enemy and 120 to yourself (max 3 of your own units hit by splash). this would make it so its POSSIBLE to combat mines/bio with muta/ling/bling

heck i wouldnt even mind if banelings were given a damage cap of like 90 to compensate
