The usual: Don't flame casters or players. Don't discuss balance in this or any LR thread. Don't call your fellow posters idiots. Be excited, happy and entertained.

Generally the deal with MLG, they havent fixed their huge amount of downtime to people on stream after so long now. Anyways i fell a sleep after the jjakji vs MKP series yesterday. Anyone got any recormendations for series after that worth watching?

Well, I don't really care about downtime, when it is planned downtime and I know that it is coming (e.g. series ends quicker than expected). But they really need to work on the unplanned delays, which are probably induced by technical problems. I would've expected them to have the experience and budged to sort them out.

For those who couldn't watch live. Is that feature removed or do you have to pay for it now?

So far, all favorites have crushed their opponent without contest. The only thing we could call an upset is MKP losing, but Jjakji is a GSL champion, not some foreigner third rate player. He came very well prepared and played way better than MKP. And I say this as the biggest MKP fan. tl;dr: No proof yet that you needed double elim to determine the best player at this event.

I cant believe some people predict MC to win against herO. This will rain- seed all over again, MC will be lucky to take a game off of him. luckily that is not all! there will be some R16 too afaik.

It is only normal that the players with the best fundamentals are more likely to perfrom well quickly in a new game. And when it comes to fundamentals there simply are more top players in korea. Foreigners will catch up again to WoL levels at some time. In the mean time, enjo the games by the quality of play and not by the origin of players!
