The usual: Don't flame casters or players. Don't discuss balance in this or any LR thread. Don't call your fellow posters idiots. Be excited, happy and entertained. |

My predictions!
- Mvp 3-0 Feast. Mvp eats better people for breakfast. Feast might have something creative up his sleeve but I doubt he'll take more than one game at best.
- CJherO 3-2 MC. This could go either way. PvP is super random atm.
- Taeja 3-1 SaSe. It's Taeja guys. Taeja's multitasking is ridiculous. I don't think he'll lose a single game to protoss with the new medivacs but SaSe is always good for a surprise.
- Minigun 3-2 Life. YES THAT'S RIGHT. Chad M. Jones' PvZ was the best in NA in WoL, which arguably might not mean much against the giant that is Life, but Minigun has been nothing short of impressive in HotS, especially PvZ. Life might underestimate him. I kind of expect Life to win but I'll predict the upset for the fuck of it.
- Stephano 3-2 Last. Last might take the series with his early/midgame shenanigans and strategies but if Stephano adapts to it and gets into his game, Last won't be able to beat him I feel.
- Bomber 3-1 Goswer. Goswer did beat Mvp in a Bo3 but this is a new game that's not played in the shadow of BL/Infestor and his opponent isn't a man with no wrists. The exact opposite in fact, it's a man with wrists that have ridiculous macro in them.
- Polt 3-1 Creator. Poor protoss. Creator's style especially will have huge trouble against Polt who also, just so by the way, seems to be one of the absolute best HotS players atm. That and he 5-1d Creator in IPL Fightclub.
- ThorZain 3-1 Killer. I have actually never seen a single Killer game but Terran is good right now and Thorzain has played HotS for a looong time so I'm giving it to him.

Foreigners are not under the same pressure to perform. The standards are a lot lower for them and they can coast by with their "personality" whereas Koreans need to reach Code A level before anyone even knows their name, and then have to make their money and develop a fanbase through results. Consider someone like Machine who has been sitting on EG for 3 years and is worse than ever with literally 0 accomplishments to speak of. A Korean could never get away with that, they would have to either get good, find a new career or starve.

We already have all the answers needed.
Coaches that actually coach the players. B teams to help training. A real training schedule with tactic talk etc. A house to get all the A teamers together with the coaches. And ofc the biggest thing of all, dedication.

Time for MVP to have at his feast.

Its gotta feel tough, but then again Stephano seems to not overthink these things and just get into his booth, put on his headset and play the game as if he was sittting at home in his pyjamas, eating Ben and Jerry's to the ambient noise of some Two and a Half men rerun buzzing from his TV set on the wall behind him. Maybe he can mentally transport himself to this Boyroom of Solitude whenever and wherever he wants and thereby completley seal of any nerves or outside pressure.
If this is indeed the case and not just my wild imagination trying to paint an insultingly romantic image of a young man with a special talent and the world at his feet, i would defeinitely pay him for some kind of cognitive behavioural therapy coaching to learn the secret.
I don't know what you've been smoking but that shit must be good.

Stephano can't keep up with Last's multitask skills, especially with medivac boost.
Heh Multitasking is Stephano´s greatest str and one of the main reason he is so good. With that said I think the match will be 50/50 On March 17 2013 01:02 Al Bundy wrote: So it's been about 12-13 years since starcraft has become competitive. No such thing as foreigners only good and bad players exist Thats why Bogus destroyed him with pure multitask in GSL?
1 Match as evidence??. I could say Stephano destroyed DRG and Life aswell they must have bad multitasking(See I got 2 matches as evidence ). Seriously get back to reality. Stephano´s main str is his speed and multitasking

Will Ret vs Flash be played today?
|
Haven't MC just won like 2 premier foreign tournaments or am I totally wrong on that part?
edit: always find it quite odd when the casters say that he fly around the world and wins tournaments when he in fact often just place in the top.

I can't really say enough how great Axslav and Axeltoss have been in both the WSS's and this event so far. By far the best casting duo other than Apollo/anyone.
