I'm not sure about the cost, but interestingly enough they can still build the hellbats without the upgrade. They just can't transform to/from hellbat form. Not to mention there were some minor buffs to hellbat damage vs light/non-light units per upgrade. | ||

Even reality is biased (because of the number of great zergs still gunning for WoL championships as opposed to terran and protoss, blablabla) | ||
