Example can I play in the korean qualifier or can koreans play in the na qualifier? Or are you restricting it to where only NA players can play in NA qualifier, korean in korean, etc. If I don't get an answer I am going to assume yes and sign up for the korean one to  | ||

Won't it have both? The 'main' event (bigger prize pool) will be WoL with qualifiers (a lot of the spots have already been filled) and the open bracket (side) event will be HoTS. | ||
