Interesting that all the Kespa players got picked last. MC and DRG understand the selection process. DRG gets to only practice TvZ and MC has the weakest group. Why Life picked Parting is anyone's guess. Dumb decision.

Well, Life is arguably the best player in the world. Maybe he is so sure of himself that he wants to intimidate the other players by picking and than beating PartinG.

Group A Death, Group B, Double Death. Best believe I'll be staying up to watch these.

DongRaeGu Bomber TaeJa INnoVation (Bogus) DRG and Bomber are the clear favorites here. Innovation is overrated and for some reason people treat him like Flash in BW when he beat (rofl) Stephano, who was the weakest in the Ro32 after Huk and had to solely rely on crucial game losing mistakes from Hack to win. As for Taeja, he's super overrated. He's been irrelevant since summer, ditching proleague and all. Group B: Squirtle Symbol MarineKing Soulkey I love all of these players and they are all very good but I feel Squirtle is going to rock EG tags and win and Symbol is MKP's rival. But I can see Soulkey and MKP making it out. Group C: MC Curious GuMiho LosirA MC just shows super crisp innovative play and solid micro. No questions there. Gumiho is one of the fastest most entertaining Terrans to watch when he is on point. Hopefully he can make another semifinal run. Curious has that Ro16 wall that makes him look Code A Noobphano level in the Ro16. As for Losira, his Ro32 win was a fluke as he's been irrelevant and Seed/Jjakji/Sniper like. One of those obscure players who randomly win something here and there. Group D: Life PartinG BBoongBBoong RorO This group doesn't even need any explanations on who will make it out. Parting will Soul Push™ and destroy overrated and BBoongBBoong and inconsistent Roro. Life will be the only person who will stop Parting's Soul Push™ and will 4-0 the group destroying Roro who will destroy BBoongBBoong, who got one of those Losira fluke Ro32 wins.

well, we are thus guaranteed at least one non-zerg player in the ro8. *notbad.jpg* group D and, to a lesser extend, B are also quite tough. C is by far the easiest group.

Stephano was the weakest? He had better play than Nestea and Huk just to name 2. And he beat Hack pretty badly. I'm not trying to defend him; he definitely didn't deserve Ro16 (lost to so many stupid things he shouldn't have, couldn't close out games), but he certainly wasn't the second worst person in ther Ro32. I agree with most of your choices though. Taeja might beat out Bomber and Innovation... Bomber might choke, and Innovation might feel nervous with the need to live up to last season. I could see Losira making it out over MC, or Curious, but both of them will probably feel nervous as neither has gotten to the Ro8 in a long time iirc.

UNLESS it's Bomber, in which case he'll chocke after being 4:0 up in the finals, i guess. Or two of them go through well... I guess my point stands unless its Taeja and Innovation. If that happens they will both be eliminated next round because fuck that don't mess with my predictions. if bomber goes up 4:0 in finals the only things he'd be choking on are tears of joy, lol

Life and Parting used to practice a lot together, and in GSL World Cup Life demonstrated that the only way Parting has a shot versus him is immortal all-in, and yet Parting only went 2-2 using this build. Perhaps what we don't know is that Life is actually very comfortable against Parting because he knows him so well and because of well, you know, zerg.
