I don't know why people are complaining about EGTL coach this time. Taeja is injured, Stephano probably decided to prioritize GSL code S that's in a few days. The 6 players that are in the line up are the 6 best players on EGTL currently, (although Thorzain is arguable better than Puma at this point). Revival should've won his game, that's not the coach's fault. Zenio did a really strong timing attack that almost worked. It was basically his only chance at beating Innovation anyway,

I don't see anything wrong with the line up that the EGTL coach sent given the situation.

It's so much easier to just blame the coach instead of saying the players underperformed though!

You have an IM badge you should know all about that.

lol, EG-TL the IM of Proleague?

EG-TL has no where near the lineup of IM. Also I blame a lot of IM's under performance on the all-kill format. I bet they would have won multiple GSTLs with this format most of the ESF teams struggle with having good depth but IM has always had an extremely deep lineup since like mid 2011 and on.

It's weird, I think EG-TL are really equipped to be league leaders with their scores of champions in the roster, years of placing sc2 and just incredible overall talent. But then again, I guess individual skill =/= team leagues.

Dream teams aren't exactly good teams, not the first time in PL

it's more like they don't actually play their best players ^_^;

that would be Stephano and Taeja?

They didn't exactly go full unleashed monster in proleague either, the team just lacks depth and seems to be sniped so easily

their best players don't get sniped, they just don't play
AdministratorHey HP can you redo everything youve ever done because i have a small complaint?

but Proleague isn't quite as tough as GSTL, so it evens out

Having your Puma and Zenio start isn't exactly a good thing. Zenio could beat MIni maybe, let HerO or JYP take on their better players...

Too bad Mutalisks aren't as good in SC2 as they were in BW (being able to attack move without slowing down).

I remember when the crowd cheered when Jaedong made Mutalisks but the sad part is that Mutalisk micro and potential is non-existent compared to BW >.<.

Anyway, STX on my FPL mostly. Doing good so far! I do want to Jaedong to win but Dear is my team.

How hard is it for protoss to fast expand on the new Caldeum? It was like impossible in the previous iteration of the map in PvZ and protoss pretty much always got buttraped by early aggression on the natural.

it's easier to nitpick someone unfairly once they've had a history of poor performances in the past

wtb taeja, hero, jaedong, stephano pls.

I called my friend who is an expert at starcrafting and he says that the best I can do is a puma, zenio, and revival.

Maybe i got banned for this.. but that coach is like he sold the games.. you put your worst ppl from team to play first.. .like wtf... saturday again... you have left 3 zergs and 1 toss.. and you send out your toss against another toss.. which is coinflip.. where is the logic in there? worst coach ever... I got that taeja cannot play now.. but hero, jd, stephano.. cmon... zenio was never an ace player, JYp far from that (he is decent to be send out), Revival can be good in the future, Puma is on a big slump.
I get that they all need to play.. but put puma out on a GSTL format when you lead 3-1 or so...
Just my opp
