Snute: Hmm ... when I was at WCG I promised a Korean friend of mine that I would beat MVP next year, so that's obviously goal number one. Goal number two is to become the best foreign Zerg, and the ultimate goal is to become the best player in the world. There is no other mindset.
Is he nearly there?
Top 6: Stephano, Nerchio, Voritx, Suppy, Scarlett and Snute. Really close between some of those imo, so hard to decide.
Scarlett and Suppy in top 6? rofl you have no idea what you are talking about.
Get xlord and sortof in there.
Scarlett deserves to be there..
Scarlett is maybe top 10 but not top 6. Performing at MLG is not very impressive compared to something like dreamhack as you are stomping mostly american players and some koreans rather than europeans and koreans. People only consider Scarlett to be very good because he is american.
Huh, scarlett is probably the best foreigner today. Winning a dreamhack is one of the least impressive things because there are no koreans there, mostly just liquid ones. All euro tournaments have the least competition relative to mlg/ipl which are stacked with top koreans.

winning MLG is a bigger achievement than winning Dreamhack,
What? oO
More prize money (other than winter), more top Korean players (basically take out TaeJa and HerO and then what top koreans go?)

SortOf is close as well, been playing well for big part of 2012. In NASL4 he took down Ragnarok, Apocalypse, Symbol, MC and Hyun and ending up 4th.
Also now XlorD could start to make an argument if he continues like he did here. EU have many strong zergs now

Scarlett is a girl, she is Canadian, winning MLG is a bigger achievement than winning Dreamhack, and Scarlett is the best foreigner.
Scarlett is a guy, he is american, and he didn't win MLG.

I second this! Thanks for a great tournament once again.

You do know she has played tournaments since MLG right? Although your insistence on referring to her as 'he' leads me to believe you happened to stumble your way here from reddit and don't really know the scene very well.

Why do people insist on doing this? Its 2012 god damnit, stop being so narrow minded.
