edit: didn't see that dividing line, rofl. So, I guess the question is now, 1 off, or BoX?
are you talking about the HoTs showmatch??? its a bo1 semifinals into bo3 finals

GOM seemed to have introduced a new VOD player of some sort today, and while it looks pretty flashy, it... doesn't work. Videos aren't playing for me. They just remain black.

What? Sure there can, DRG should be the front runner. DRG has won more stuff against harder competition and looked more impressive in doing so. His wins are more spread out as well which demonstrates consistency.

MMA was hardly the player of the year for winning last Blizzard Cup and winning it is something that Parting hasn't done yet.
If PartinG wins, he'll have won WCS, WCG, MLG ToC and Blizzard Cup. At the very least, that makes a strong case for the best protoss, if not the best player, in the last 4 months.

parting is the richest player of the year, and basically most succesful player of the year, however he is not the best player of the year and that title probably goes to 1 of DRG (most likely), Leenock or Life
parting is also the 3time world champion hehehehe, also notice that if he wins blizz cup all his tourny wins are sort of like 'final tournaments' for their respective organisers, the BWC grand finals, the WCG grand finals, MLG tourny of champions and now blizzard cup

MMA was in top form to become MVP of 2012 had he remained his form and not slump all of a sudden, many people expected him to win s1 considering he got the 'easier' route from ro8 up

Oh well maybe he is then. I haven't watched SC for the last few months. It's hard to imagine Parting as the player of the year when the player of the year prior so clearly deserved that title (MVP). I'm still anxious to say the same thing about parting because he hasn't won a GSL

honestly its quite weird parting's most succesful GSLs happen to be at s1 and s2 back at the start of the year, but the peak of his career was in november onwards, and his GSL performance around november were pretty unsuccesful, had he won a GSL i think he will definitly deserve "best player of the year " title
Lol @ Life: Even during practice, I have almost never lost. No matter whom my opponent is, I think I can win 4:1. Parting: He(Life) is so cute (laughs). He lost to me by a score of 3-0 at MLG. I can't ever forget how red his face got. Don't worry Life, I'm going to beat you by a score of 4-0.
Parting will take this imo. He's been on a tear recently with all of the all kills he's been getting in team leagues and then there's Battle.net and WCG and MLG
