Weird games. Definitely not standard. So yes, they were entertaining

Yeah your run-of-the-mill Genius GSL games. Something happens, followed up by something half-assed, followed up by something awesome, followed up by something strange and unexpected into GG.

Haha. Curious is like the furthest thing from a patch zerg. He has been a solid ro32 code S zerg since forever, and his skill has neither declined nor increased tbh.

He went undefeated when he won Code A O_o

Every player has their one run. Its just variance.

I was agreeing with you about him not being a patchzerg

Everybody is a patchzerg. I'm a patchzerg too, my PvT got a lot better after the queen buff.

Aight, couldn't remember when the patch came out, people have been whining about zergs for so long the GSL seasons are a blur.

He did all the little things like moving small pockets of units to snipe infestors and keeping his marauders in front to soak damage. Whenever roro counter-attacked, fantasy was microing on multiple fronts. If you think he sucks, then find me 5 esfi terrans who can multitask and micro as well as fantasy can.

mkp mvp mma gumiho polt

mkp has superb micro but awful multtasking. If you watched some of his GSL games, in particular the ones where he tried to do a hellion drop in the main followed by a bio attack at the natural against a zerg opponent, people were bming him on his poor control and how he shouldn't try to multitask his micro so much.

Mvp's micro is definitely not as good as fantasy's despite being quite good. Go find me a game where mvp does all the things fantasy did in his games against roro. Mvp's mech heavy playstyle is much easier to multitask with than fantasy's bio heavy playstyle. When zerg counter-attacks its much easier to defend with stationary defenses than bio. If you watch his games in GSL against leenock, he lost because his bio play couldn't stand up to leenock's heavy counter-attack play. Simply he couldn't multitask and micro well enough.

Gumiho has really subpar micro but great multitasking. He hits you everywhere at once but doesn't micro. Wolf mentions this in some of his gsl games

Polt has awful multitasking. His macro isn't really even that much better than fantasy's especially considering he is doing less actions when not macroing. Polt is known not to be a very mechanical player, albeit he does have great control. He mostly wins by outsmarting his opponents

MMA has great multitasking and good micro. However he rose to fame beating zergs who weren't particularly good at multitasking. Even DRG, who despite being great at multitasking, did not use it very much against terrans.

The bottomline is, other than maybe MMA, non of the players you mentioned are better at BOTH multitasking and microing than fantasy. This is especially true when it comes to doing both at the same time. They mostly either do one of the other. Also take into consideration that fantasy is doing all this against roro, a player that is known for his multitasking. Obv he's going to look a lot sloppier when his opponent actually responds to his attacks appropriately. Even with his atrocious macro, he still came out ahead in most of the engagements in game 1 and 2 against Roro. That obviously means he controlled his army quite well, because he couldn't have had more units.

You'll enjoy the VODs from this series, I think. Just don't watch fantasy roro.
