IIRC Raven's PPD blocks all zerg anti-air shots except for Infested terrans unless that changed.

Egg hp reduction is SO huge in TvZ people made fun of it but it causes them to die in these scenarios instead of hatch and destroy tanks... makes the game much more interesting.
