But learning french would be such a waste of time and effort, id rather learn throwing darts or something... Yeah, it's not like I can come up in northern europe and racks up girls left and right. Or is it ? Pointless banter aside, there is a french flag just left from the main broadcast and there is another english stream. I don't know why you are complaining.
hahahaha noone here understands french and your people is generally dispised in northern europe for trying to engage other people in your slithery stupid language.
You dont put your kids in school, or you have no English education at all in school? Really whats the problem? You even dub movies still in 2012.... do you know how retarded that seems outside your little french box?

slithery stupid language? really? like....really?
and there I was thinking people in northern europe were quite tolerant(i.e. educated) in general...
well, pointless to get in an argument over which language is better, cooler, whatever
just get over it, the world's a pretty big and diverse place

Well, that was quite simple in the end.

Not for cartoons. My aunt read Lucky Luke for me when I was a kid. She was a trooper.

They are in general. I'd say most swedes (and all other people ofc) don't have a problem with client being in french. Obviously he's being childish.
Regarding the fact that you dub movies though... *shudders* (j/k it's kinda weird but I get it)

Yeah thats the one I was on, but there was still alot of French text and shit all over the screen. I think the game client is in wrong language!! Wow. You are angry because the little text says some French names for the unit instead of the English ones? Do you really not know the English names for the units and structures? Or are you offended by the French language? I don't understand your problem. People get pissed over the stupidest things. I can't remember Twitch chat being this retarded last Iron Squid... I can't remember the last time I looked at a Twitch chat. Not even when TL was down. I saw King in the IS chat today. First time I've seen him in a Twitch chat. I only view the chat if I'm modding, which I am most of the time :< You're a chat mod? What the hell, why would you do that to yourself? Someone's gotta do it. I've met so many awesome people through modding. Even got my name in the IPL 4 credit roll. Now I mod OSL, Iron Squid, IPL, IdrA, ToD, DeMuslim, I've modded Dreamhack, and a bunch more. It's the least I can do.

In Iron Squid 1 I also occasionally listened to some French casting and - wow - the French casters are so fun to listen to! Even if you don't understand the language, you still get the most of what they mean, they are very expressive.

Hahaha too awesome. I'm pretty sure I know who's running this account now.

HUmm i think the english stream should play the winners theme like the french one, after all its a big asset of iron squid to have personalized themes.
also last game was pretty crazy,i liked it.

Why do people recommend that game, it was like spawning 80 roaches in Unit Tester Map and a-moving them at one another. :/

yeah, I kinda get that dubbing might seem really off when you're not used to it, personally I prefer stuff in the original language (with nicely done subs of course, as I don't understand any japanese but I do love my animes ) but that's just me.
Enough off-topic now methinks
Enjoy the korean ZvZ
