Just tuned in and missed it (sadface), but you can never be too happy on the nuke trigger.

You can never know with Bomber or Squirtle on the bench, especially Bomber if he has a good day he's one of the best terrans in the world.

Meh. I just feel like Terrans have been stubborn since the Ghost Nerf in Jan/February. They nerfed Snipe and stopped making them when EMP still pwns Infestors. Terran's have been using Ghosts to beat HT since the game came out but are just now bringing them back into TvZ after almost a year? I don't get it.

Gumiho shows great play, using a strat that counters Life's Infestor style, defeating Life who didn't seem to be in shape, on Entombed Valley, the first game of the team league.

Statements like "Gumiho is the best Terran in the world" and "Better than Mvp" immediately follow.

Pretty sure Korean terrans still whine about them but they also like money and they have to win to get any.

The ghost play only worked because the first time Life brought no detection other than infestors.
You can see the second time when life brought an overseer with him, Gumiho couldn't land any emps.

And whoever thinks that Gumiho won because he found a new way to play TvZ needs to rewatch the game. Life went for a risky low econ early infestor play that got shut down. That's why Gumiho was able to secure a lead and win.

I said he is 2011 Mvp because he was using Ghosts vs Zerg amazingly, not that he was a better player than Mvp. what lol. I don't think anyone said that.

I wholeheartedly agree.

It does help that they cast way more than tastosis though, having both Code A and GSTL, and plenty of other tourney (online and offline) experience at this point.

It's still silly how much better you have to play than your opponent to win with ghosts right now. Hopefully we see a resurgence of this style once they are immune to fungal.

I felt like that game looked way too close for how godly gumiho played, I mean, life even got his broods nuked.
So... what that make you? Good? You're not good. You just know how to hide, how to lie

Can link a single game where mvp played better then that vs an opponent who was playing as well as life was playing?

watch Tasteless & Wolf they have better chemistry then Tastosis

Also Artosis and Kaelaris

I think it's just having the same partner every time that makes the edge dull. Not that I am advocating for promiscuous relationships

I'm just gonna act like that's what would have happened if Monster went infestors against Polt yesterday instead of mutas killing all his drops.

I love how people think that defending multiple drops is anywhere near as easy as dropping multiple places.

Life did have excellent fungals and Infestor retention. It was the only thing keeping him in the game
