I think that we should just move on from that game and do the British thing. Let's not talk about it. Ever. Then it doesn't exist.

How did monchi do so well in group 3 by the way? Wonwonwon? No offense to monchi, but it's not his favourite matchup.

3 (P)NightEnD 3 vs 1 (Z)Devil

4 (P)Bischu 3 vs 2(P)Harpner

GL to all!

Second duel is quickly taken 3-0 by the belgian player (P)Feast.

First duel has finished with Norwegian (Z)Snute 3-0ing his zerg oponent (Z)Naugrim!

Third duel has finished. (P)NightEnD was able to beat his zerg oponent (Z)DeViL with score 3-1!

The last duel is over now. In the PvP mirror swede (P)Bisu has proven to be superior to czech representative (P)Harpner and overcoming him in close series 3-2.

To wrap it up the 4 players advancing to group plays tomorow are:

GamersLeague (Z)Snute
Millenium (P)Feast
Fnatic (P)NightEnD
Dignitas (P)Bischu

Woah, Bisu finally won a game in SC2.

I feel like Ret has no patience for engagements.

in the last two series even though i was only glacing at the screen occationally i saw a couple occations where it would have been better to sac his base and wait..

vs hero on antiga
he tried to defend his 4th with like 4 infestors and some lings, even though he had another 3-4 infestors making and a bunch of lings. Zero chance he as going to defend the base might as well give it up and consolidate for a stronger defense.

vs naniawa on ohana
even though he won. he threw away like 40 ling/blings right before his infestors popped. And when his infestors did pop it looked like he was in danger for a sec.

and of course the last game we just saw on antiga...
a few infestors and like 20 lings vs naniawas army? I dont know if he would have survived by moving his spines up to the main or something but what he did has zero chance of winning

I dont even know what you guys are talking about its always like this anyways, i almost won a game after 9 pooling vs 1 gateway build, if i had gotten another fungal off on the ramp..

by the last engagement i had already lost, 30 lings, infestors w/o energy, and only zerglings, so that doesnt even matter

Even if Naniwa doesn't pass this group stage, he's got be very pleased with himself. So many commentators are pushing the "Naniwa has a weak mentality" story because they don't like Naniwa. Naniwa's opinions on influential casters like Husky, Day9, and Incontrol have put him in a really difficult place.

At least nobody can say he self-destructed.

Don't worry man, cool your head and focus on the matches tomorrow against your BYOC-opponent

Best of luck!!

wait so the open bracket guys had to play a single elim bracket all day today just to play 5 matches in a row against rested players tomorrow?

seems fair.

Yeah I agree... naniwa never melts down or gets tilted he just has enemies in casters who make stuff up~

That combined with the players that actually are in the BYOC bracket make me believe they'll all go 0-5 tomorrow. Not the most fair way to do this.

I don't know about anyone else, but my opinions of naniwa come from him being an awkward, passive-aggressive dick and not from him not liking commentators

Well, its quite fair since they all knew it when they signed up and that top 20 should get an advantage actually collecting points from the previous 4 DH stops.

Ret could easily destroy the warp prism with fungals if he didn't lose his infestors earlier
